Senior Product Designer - AAA

Senior • On-site

162,000 - 202,000 USD/yr

New York, NY

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer with a passion for building platform features that impact UX at a massive scale. You’ll work across deeply technical problem spaces, including governance, access, teams, identity, and multi-org UX. You’ll lead design for features that shape how large customers use the platform and manage what their employees can see and do.

This is a hybrid workplace designed to support work-life harmony while fostering office-based relationships, collaboration, and creativity.

What You'll Do

  • Develop subject-matter expertise in a highly technical product environment and use design influence to drive roadmap and vision.
  • Partner closely with product management and engineering to understand customer pain points, explore solutions, and build UI that ships.
  • Prototype in code to share high-fidelity ideas early, iterate through tight feedback loops, and deliver incremental progress toward an ideal experience.
  • Present work to stakeholders at all seniority levels, including executive leadership, with clear context and rationale.
  • Elevate the quality bar for admin experiences, leveraging the design system where appropriate while exploring new design patterns.
  • Collaborate with overlapping product teams to create coherent experiences across contexts.
  • Stress-test designs against edge cases to ensure they work across all intended contexts.

Who You Are

  • 10+ years of experience in digital product design.
  • Experience designing data-rich interfaces.
  • Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear UX.
  • Technical fluency in the product domain and ability to collaborate with engineering on solution tradeoffs.
  • Exceptional craft and a drive to elevate the look and feel of workhorse UI.
  • Experience creating component-based design patterns and working with established design systems, with openness to exploring new approaches.
  • Deep understanding of user archetypes and business needs.
  • Ability to use data-driven decision-making and expert judgment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication across Slack messages, meetings, documents, presentations, and video walkthroughs.
  • Fluency in AI-assisted workflows using tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Figma Make for research, analysis, content generation, and rapid prototyping; strong eagerness to adopt these approaches is valued for those newer to them.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to give and receive feedback constructively.

Benefits and Growth

  • New-hire stock equity (RSUs) and employee stock purchase plan (ESPP).
  • Continuous professional development, product training, and career pathing.
  • Intradepartmental mentor and buddy program for in-house networking.
  • Inclusive culture and access to Community Guilds.
  • Access to internal Inclusion Talks.
  • Free global mental-health benefits for employees and dependents age 6+.
  • Competitive global benefits.

Benefits may vary based on country and nature of employment. The compensation package may include salary, equity, and variable compensation, based on skills, qualifications, and experience. Benefits include healthcare, dental, parental planning, mental-health benefits, a 401(k) plan and match, paid time off, fitness reimbursements, and a discounted employee stock purchase plan.

Estimated yearly salary: $162,000–$202,000 USD.
