We are looking for an experienced UX Designer to help shape digital investment experiences for retail customers. This role requires a strong understanding of both user-centered design and the specifics of investment products, enabling you to translate complex financial processes into intuitive, engaging customer journeys.
You'll be a great fit if you have experience designing:
- End-to-end user journeys and self-service processes for retail investment products
- Mobile and web experiences related to stocks, ETFs, mutual funds, investment advisory, or wealth management
- Investment onboarding flows and digital customer acquisition journeys
- User experiences compliant with MiFID and other investment-related regulatory requirements
