Senior Product Engineer

About this role

This is a technical product role for an engineer who is excited and experienced in working on a product. Good code and architecture are valued as means to an end.

Tens of thousands of users rely on the product daily. You will communicate directly with users to ensure their needs are met, take ownership of what you build, respond to support tickets, and participate in Pager Duty.

You will develop complex projects from ideation and scoping through execution and maintenance. The work may involve Heroku/AWS, Postgres/Redis, Ruby/Rails, JavaScript/TypeScript, and multiple CI systems in the same day.

• PREDICT
• Retry-only-Failures
• Rewrite of the API to support tens of millions of test batches per day
• Support for Vitest and Playwright
• Creation and analysis of analytics to evaluate alternative pricing models

About you

• Seven or more years of professional experience, mainly as a Product/DevTool Engineer
• Proficiency in crafting pragmatic, performant code and taking appropriate shortcuts
• Ability to design public APIs, developer tools, and user experiences
• Data-driven approach to evaluating alternatives and selecting promising solutions
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Ability to deliver projects in an experiment-oriented environment
• Ability to self-direct and manage complex projects
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities
• Preferably located in Kraków, Poland

Agreement details

• B2B contract
• 22–26k PLN net per month
• 20 days off per year
• Compensated Pager Duty
