Lead Go Language Developer

We are seeking a Lead Go Language Developer to join a team delivering a high-performance ecosystem, working under centralized governance to mitigate risks and orchestrate delivery. In this role, you will help ensure optimal technology selection and best practices while supporting critical capabilities, including automated processing, backend services, agent chat, and back-office interfaces, ensuring seamless operational flow and next-generation engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design and build Go-based ingestion services to handle high-concurrency document uploads (PDFs, spreadsheets, API payloads), utilizing Goroutines and Channels for stream-based processing.
• Architect robust connectors and webhooks to ingest documents from diverse channels (APIs, storefronts, SFTP, and email servers) and route them efficiently to downstream OCR and AI engines.
• Own the Order & Cart Construction and downstream integration layers to ensure reliable transactional delivery of massive batched orders (150+ lines) to ERPs and e-commerce platforms.
• Lead a team of Go engineers, enforcing high-quality coding standards.
• Conduct deep design and code reviews across the team.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines to support efficient and reliable delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Go Core and Go Language development.
• Experience with Google Agent Development Kit.
• Expertise in Google Cloud Platform and Kubernetes.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with B2B Commerce and e-commerce.
• Understanding of Specification Driven Development (SDD).
