Lead Go Language Developer

Responsibilities

• Design and build Go-based ingestion services for high-concurrency document uploads, including PDFs, spreadsheets, and API payloads, using Goroutines and Channels for stream-based processing.
• Architect robust connectors and webhooks to ingest documents from APIs, storefronts, SFTP, and email servers, routing them to downstream OCR and AI engines.
• Own the Order & Cart Construction and downstream integration layers, ensuring reliable transactional delivery of massive batched orders (150+ lines) to ERPs and e-commerce platforms.
• Lead a team of Go engineers and enforce high-quality coding standards.
• Conduct deep design and code reviews across the team.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines to support efficient, reliable delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Go Core and Go Language development.
• Experience with Google Agent Development Kit.
• Expertise in Google Cloud Platform and Kubernetes.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with B2B Commerce and e-commerce.
• Understanding of Specification Driven Development (SDD).
