Description

You will design and lead the implementation of Salesforce solutions that fulfill business requirements, collaborating with Technical Architects and cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include integrating Salesforce with other platforms via middleware, developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for streamlined deployments, applying TDD to improve software quality, and monitoring production to troubleshoot issues and maintain performance and stability. You will also provide customer-facing technical solutioning, mentor junior developers, drive code quality improvements and best coding practices, and lead team development streams aligned with project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Cooperate with Technical Architects in designing and leading the implementation of Salesforce solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other platforms using middleware solutions
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes
• Implement test-driven development (TDD) practices to enhance software quality
• Monitor production environments and troubleshoot issues
• Drive code quality improvement initiatives and enforce best coding practices
• Mentor junior developers and guide Salesforce development techniques
• Manage development streams to enhance team velocity in line with project timelines
• Provide customer-facing technical solutions and present them to customers
• Use team leadership techniques to motivate, delegate, resolve conflicts, and take ownership
• Support designing system components or whole solutions, explaining pros/cons and comparing design patterns
• Provide technical leadership by solving technical and non-technical impediments and planning teamwork effectively

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce development
• Proficiency in Salesforce, CI/CD, and TDD
• Salesforce certifications: Administrator
• Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I
• Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer II
• Salesforce certifications: Platform App Builder
• Salesforce certifications: Sales and/or Service Cloud Consultant
• Deep experience designing, implementing, and troubleshooting Salesforce solutions using Apex
• Understanding of code quality metrics and implications for software performance
• Ability to develop and oversee large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementations with Technical Architects
• Background in integrating Salesforce with various systems using middleware solutions
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for monitoring and optimizing production environments
• Experience designing system components or whole solutions with knowledge of architecture styles (SOA, event-driven architecture, microservices)
• Practical experience providing technical leadership to team members and clients; ability to solve technical and non-technical impediments
• Fluent English communication skills at B2+ level
