Support Analyst

We are looking for a motivated Support Analyst to join the team. This office-based role is suited to someone comfortable working during normal business hours as well as evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Candidates must be located in Warsaw, Wroclaw, Lodz, Gdansk, or Bialystok.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic IT support during assigned shifts, including outside normal business hours
• Monitor JAMS workflows, respond to alerts, analyze workflow execution, run SQL scripts, and escalate issues to the appropriate on-call teams when needed
• Follow defined escalation paths (L1, L2, etc.) and ensure smooth handovers between support levels
• Document incidents and maintain clear communication with team members

Requirements

• English level: B2+
• Good analytical skills
• Basic knowledge of SQL data querying
• Comfortable working with laptops, Windows OS, and basic office applications
• General understanding of IT support operations, including on-call processes and support levels (L1, L2)
• Basic understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and software development in general
• Ability to work independently and responsibly during off-hours
• Familiarity with JAMS is a plus
• Previous IT support experience is a plus, but not required
