Project

We are looking for a Snowflake Data Analyst to join a team responsible for designing and delivering data-driven solutions that create business value. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and IT teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation within a modern data environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, validate, and document functional and non-functional requirements
• Act as a bridge between Business and IT, ensuring alignment and transparency of requirements
• Extract, analyze, interpret, and visualize data from multiple sources to support solution design and decision-making
• Create and maintain data mappings and document data flows
• Perform gap analysis between current (as-is) and target (to-be) solutions
• Collaborate with Architects, Business Stakeholders, and development teams to design effective IT solutions
• Contribute to Solution Design Documentation and descriptions of the to-be solution
• Build a strong understanding of business processes, systems, and data within the assigned domain
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage stakeholders and facilitate alignment across different teams and organizational units

Expected competences and knowledge

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or IT Analyst in data-driven projects
• Strong experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
• Experience in data mapping, data lineage, and data-flow analysis
• Ability to perform gap analysis between current and target solutions
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and other IT teams
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Fluent English, written and spoken
