Non-Invasive Cardiology Position with Dedicated Imaging Time

The Cardiovascular Institute is recruiting a Non-Invasive Cardiologist to serve patients in Erie, Pennsylvania. Increasing demand for advanced technological procedures offers cardiologists the opportunity to work at the forefront of cutting-edge medicine. Available treatments include cardiac catheterization, cardiac surgery, electrophysiology, non-invasive testing services, TAVR, Watchman, and cardiac rehabilitation.

Highlights

• Team includes 3 non-invasive cardiologists, 5 interventional cardiologists, 2 electrophysiologists, and 12 advanced practice providers.
• Practice the full spectrum of non-invasive cardiology, including echocardiography, stress testing, nuclear, vascular, and advanced imaging.
• Support from electrophysiology, vascular, and cardiothoracic surgery.
• Responsibilities include hospital rounding, consultations/admissions, outpatient clinic care, and procedures.
• Dedicated time for inpatient, outpatient, and cardiac reading responsibilities.
• Leadership opportunities for qualified candidates.

Job Qualifications

• New graduates and experienced physicians are welcome to apply.
• Completion of an ACGME-approved Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship.
• American Board eligible or board certified in Cardiovascular Disease.
• Pursuing board certification in reading nuclear studies, echocardiography, and TEE; cardiac CT/MRI experience preferred.
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO).
• Pennsylvania medical license required before employment.
