Join a physician led ENT team | 1:3 On Call | $500K Base + $50K Sign-On

Mosaic Ear, Nose, & Throat is seeking an additional physician to join a collegial group of two physicians and one APRN. The practice emphasizes exceptional patient care and a healthy work-life balance.

Focus is on general ENT, pediatrics, sinus, nose, thyroid, ear infections, hearing loss, and breathing problems.

Practice Details

• State-of-the-art facilities, advanced technologies, and a diverse patient population for professional growth and skill development
• $500,000 starting base salary with a two-year guarantee and opportunity to earn additional income based on RVU production
• $150,000–$200,000 in student loan repayment assistance
• $50,000 starting bonus
• 1:3 call coverage, equally rotated
