What You Will Do
Build Relationships & Grow Accounts
- Serve as a trusted advisor for existing customers by identifying opportunities to improve infrastructure, security, collaboration, and IT operations
- Build strong relationships with decision makers, IT leaders, engineering teams, operations leaders, and executives
- Conduct regular customer outreach, account reviews, and follow-up meetings to uncover new opportunities
Drive New Business Opportunities
- Generate new opportunities through existing customer relationships, outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, marketing campaigns, and events
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities focused exclusively on Cloud & IT Solutions
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently move opportunities forward
Lead a Consultative Sales Process
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer workflows, operational challenges, infrastructure needs, and business objectives
- Identify customer challenges related to cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, remote collaboration, disaster recovery, CAD hosting, and managed IT services
- Recommend tailored solutions aligned to customer goals and business outcomes
- Educate customers on the operational and financial benefits of cloud infrastructure and managed services
Own the Sales Process
- Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
- Develop proposals, pricing, presentations, and solution recommendations
