Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for: Senior IT Analyst (MarTech / Data) Responsibilities: Proactively build connections with internal stakeholders, and vendors, and drive necessary conversations to capture information needed for analysis and to suggest solutions Writing BRD and User Stories Defining the technical solution with Pros and Cons of approaches Capable of presenting sophisticated ideas in simple formats that business leaders and non-technical marketers can understand Capable of defining and mapping out complicated data solution needs To make use cases easier to build, complete data analysis, modelling, and mapping Analyze the customer's use case and the data available to prepare for data modelling (i.e. XDM and Field groups) that meets the customer's needs Showcase your AEP expertise by leading/educating others on the functional and technical capabilities Close collaboration with technical teams Requirements: Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Strong knowledge of customer segmentation and marketing automation Experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Proficiency in JavaScript Experience with Postman and testing REST APIs Strong knowledge of SQL and working with databases Experience with Kafka Experience with campaign management tools and processes Strong analytical skills and ability to work with customer and marketing data English proficiency at B2+ level (both written and spoken) Nice to have: Experience with data collection strategy and customer data platforms (CDP), including Real-Time CDP Strong knowledge of data modeling and customer profile management Experience with Adobe IO and integrations with Adobe Experience Cloud products Ability to identify and resolve technical issues Experience with enhancing AEP frameworks and introducing new concepts Certifications in AEP or AJO Hands-on experience with campaign management tools Experience with online survey tools (e.g., Qualtrics) Offer: Private medical care Co-financing for the sports card Constant support of dedicated consultant Employee referral program
