Our next Full-Time IPM Lead will support the cultivation facility’s Integrated Pest Management plan, assist with cultivation tasks, and lead the IPM team by example.
This position will be on-site at the Waterfall, PA facility.
Responsibilities
- Follow SOPs, directives, and state regulations during daily operations.
- Develop knowledge of plant diseases, insects, fungi, and treatment options.
- Follow IPM plans and crop timelines from clone to harvest.
- Perform monitoring, scouting, and documentation of pests and pathogens.
- Obtain a private pesticide applicator license.
- Lead the Pest Management team and conduct IPM training sessions.
- Apply and document crop protection agents under supervision.
- Maintain PPE and pest management equipment.
- Assist with post-harvest room cleaning and cultivation tasks.
- Perform daily cleaning duties.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Knowledge of Integrated Pest Management methods and cannabis pests/pathogens.
- Knowledge of cloning, transplanting, pruning, training, and watering practices.
- Ability to execute techniques consistently and accurately.
- Good documentation, inventory, and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
