Responsibilities

- Perform final verification of compounded prescriptions, ensuring dosing accuracy, labeling precision, allergy review, interaction screening, and regulatory documentation before medication release.
- Evaluate prescriptions for therapeutic appropriateness, identify dosing or formulation risks, communicate with prescribers for clarification, and document interventions clearly.

Dispensing Operations & Workflow Execution
