  • Pay Rate: $108/hour–$137/hour W-2 only (based on education/experience)
  • Benefits: Health, dental, vision, 401k (minimum eligibility hours required)

Description

The role supports CRM Labs priorities by shaping, prototyping, and delivering proof-of-concept activities. It implements a CRM Labs iterative model that turns demand into disciplined experiments to validate business value, user experience, and technical feasibility before enterprise commitment. The Associate Director partners with Product Owners, business stakeholders, IT, architecture, engineering, UX, analytics, privacy, legal, and compliance teams to run rapid evidence-based cycles that refine, advance, or off-ramp ideas and enable transition into scaled delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the CRM Labs model through structured, timeboxed stages (ideation support, shaping, prototyping, review/decision, PoC readiness).
  • Lead rapid prototyping with time boxed lifecycles, disciplined scope, and clear endpoints.
  • Translate opportunities into testable concepts with value hypotheses, assumptions, success criteria, and practical build plans.
  • Drive evidence-based decisions by capturing learnings and recommending refine/advance/off-ramp based on business value, technical signal, and enterprise readiness.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution across CRM Product, IT, architecture, engineering, UX, analytics, privacy, legal, security, and compliance.
  • Support proof-of-concept planning and transition by clarifying scope, dependencies, risks, governance needs, user involvement, and enterprise gates.
  • Protect production capacity and enterprise investment by preventing shadow delivery, unmanaged customization, or parallel production execution.
  • Document and operationalize learnings with decision logs, opportunity assessments, prototype outcomes, and recommendations for roadmap decisions.
  • Maintain governance, privacy, security, compliance, and correct data usage across progression from prototype to PoC.
  • Partner in demand intake and prioritization by supporting triage of ideas from leadership, Product, business/field teams, DDIT, and lab-sourced opportunities.
  • Stay current on enterprise CRM and AI/data product state of the art (generative AI, agentic AI, deterministic AI, and data products) and bring insights back to the client.

Requirements

  • Proven success executing rapid experimentation, prototyping, or proof-of-concept work that tests business value and feasibility.
  • 6+ years of experience in CRM, product management, innovation delivery, consulting, technology strategy, or related leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of the CRM landscape (Sales, Marketing, Service).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (Agentforce, Data Cloud, core platform), Veeva, and adjacent customer engagement ecosystem technologies.
  • Understanding of CRM, AI, and data platform architectures using technologies such as Salesforce, AWS, Veeva, OpenAI, Anthropic, Snowflake, or similar enterprise tools.
  • Experience framing use cases, defining assumptions, setting success criteria, and shaping practical build plans for experiments.
  • Experience working across business and technical teams including Product, architecture, engineering, UX, analytics, privacy, legal, compliance, and operations.
  • Strong operational discipline in agile delivery, work management, documentation, decision tracking, and transparent status communication.
  • Comfort working hands-on in iterative cycles with bias toward speed, learning, and practical outcomes.
  • Experience supporting governance in regulated environments, including privacy, security, compliance, and healthcare/customer engagement platform risk management.
  • Excellent communication skills to build stakeholder alignment and recommend data-grounded decisions.
  • Strong analytical/problem-solving skills to interpret complex inputs and adapt in a rapidly evolving technical landscape.
  • Experience enabling prototype-to-production transition is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master of Science and/or MBA preferred.

Benefits

  • Health, dental, vision, 401k (provided minimum eligibility hours are met).
