10Beauty is a robotics startup based in Burlington, MA. We have raised $70M from leading venture and celebrity investors to build the world's first fully autonomous manicure machine. We have pre-sold our first 1,000 machines to brands including Ulta Beauty and Nordstrom.
As of November 2025, we have launched our first robot at Ulta Beauty in Everett. We are a fast growing 50+ person organization with deep robotics experience.
Introduction
As Operations Program Manager you'll join a small but mighty team that works cross functionally at 10Beauty. As 10Beauty transitions from prototyping into full business operation, the supply chain team responsibilities increase and evolve. You will begin learning the business and our operation by supporting existing projects and will quickly evolve into direct ownership of specific programs.
What You'll Do
- Own and drive cross-functional supply chain projects from planning through execution
- Build and manage operational timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation plans across robot and consumable programs
- Partner with suppliers and contract manufacturers to track production readiness, material availability, and delivery schedules
- Lead operational reviews and drive accountability both internally and externally
- Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, logistics, and field operations teams throughout the product lifecycle
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements
- Develop reporting and KPI tracking for supply chain health, production readiness, inventory, and fulfillment
- Support new product introduction activities and manufacturing ramp efforts
- Drive cost-down and sourcing activities
- Build scalable, documented processes and operational infrastructure
- Escalate critical risks proactively and professionally and drive resolution with urgency, sound judgment, and a mature sense of perspective
What You Have
- 2+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, sourcing, program management, or manufacturing operations
- Experience with hardware, robotics, medical devices, or other complex physical products
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously
- Ability to coordinate across technical and non-technical teams
- Comfort operating in ambiguity while building and documenting processes
- Experience working with suppliers, contract manufacturers, and other external partners
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, project management tools, and operational reporting systems
Compensation is based on qualifications, skills, and experience. Equity and benefits are included for all full-time employees.
Salary Range
$100,000—$115,000 USD
