Position Overview
The Commercial Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive sales training programs to equip the sales team with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively sell company services and solutions, meet sales targets, and exceed customer expectations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Needs Analysis
- Conduct regular assessments of sales team performance to identify skill gaps and training needs
- Collaborate with sales leadership to understand business objectives and prioritize training initiatives
Curriculum & Skill Development
- Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive sales training curriculum
- Lead development and rollout of commercial new hire training programs
- Ensure employees develop necessary skills in company tools, processes, and systems
- Develop training content for tools such as Tableau and Salesforce
- Incorporate best practices in sales training methodologies
- Update training materials based on product, process, and regulatory changes
Training Delivery
- Facilitate sales training sessions through in-person, virtual, and blended learning methods

- Create and manage SME rosters for training topics
Performance Coaching and Mentorship

Qualifications
