The opportunity
We're looking for an Enterprise Project Manager to lead high-impact reality capture projects for large industrial clients across North America.
In this role, you'll manage the full lifecycle of 3D reality capture projects, from initial scoping and stakeholder alignment to execution and delivery of high-fidelity digital twins. You'll coordinate closely with clients, internal teams, and global service providers to ensure projects are executed efficiently, on budget, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
This is a fixed term position running through December 2027.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale reality capture, 3D laser scanning and surveying projects for enterprise clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing communication, timelines, and expectations.
- Define project scopes, deliverables, budgets, and success metrics.
- Coordinate internal teams including Sales, Customer Success, Data Operations, and Product teams, as well as external service providers.
- Monitor and report project progress to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Troubleshoot challenges and develop scalable solutions with cross-functional teams.
- Optimize and automate internal project management standards and data delivery workflows.
What Will Help You Succeed in the Role
- Educational background in Civil Engineering, GIS/Geomatics, Geodesy, Geo-informatics, Surveying, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with reality capture, laser scanning, or surveying projects.
- Project management experience in technical or surveying-related domains.
- Familiarity with 3D laser scanning and surveying data processing and QA/QC.
- Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with tight deadlines.
- Experience working with enterprise clients and international subcontractors.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 30% and work in industrial environments requiring safety compliance.
