District Medical Group Inc. (DMG), a 400+ physician not for profit multispecialty faculty practice group which exclusively contracts to provide clinical, administrative and teaching services to Valleywise Health, a 550-bed health system with a Level I Trauma Center, a Level I Burn Center, a Level III OB Unit, and 11 Family Health Centers (FQHC’s), is seeking a BC/BE hematologist/oncologist to join the Department of Medicine in Phoenix, AZ.
The faculty provide a full scope of hematology/oncology practice which includes teaching opportunities with IM residents and medical students. Administrative time and opportunities for research available.
DMG is the principal affiliated academic practice partner for the Creighton University School of Medicine Arizona Academic Alliance with Valleywise Health and Dignity/St. Joseph’s Medical Center as well as with the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Phoenix and Mayo Clinic, Scottsdale. Faculty appointments to each medical school are potentially available commensurate with qualifications.
