AI GTM Engineer
Senior
On-site
Gdansk, Poland
4,000 - 5,000 EUR
🏢 Summary: AI GTM Engineer role focused on designing and building AI-driven go-to-market systems that improve pipeline, conversion, and lead quality. The position involves creating autonomous AI agents, automating lead discovery and scoring, and integrating AI across marketing and sales workflows. Starting in the Polish market, the role scales proven AI systems across international markets. 🗂️ Requirements: Experience building AI-driven workflows and agents, Hands-on experience with HubSpot and modern GTM stack, Strong understanding of B2B sales and marketing funnels, Ability to design end-to-end AI systems, Experience with lead enrichment, scoring, and personalization systems, Ability to define metrics and run experiments to evaluate AI performance, Fluency in Polish and English 📃 Skills: AI, HubSpot, Clay, n8n, Apollo, SEO, GEO, Automation, Enrichment, Scoring, Personalization, Outbound, Inbound, Data, Agents 🏢 Description: Elfsquad helps manufacturers scale customer-specific solutions without losing what makes them unique. We intend to grow the same way. We build AI into how our customers configure and quote; this role builds AI into how we go to market so our own growth reflects the way we build our product. This is not a traditional marketing, RevOps or automation role. It's an AI building role . You work closely with the marketing team, but you operate as an AI architect : you own the go-to-market engine. You design the system, build the parts that run it, and challenge how GTM is done rather than inherit it; measured on whether it actually moves the metrics that matter: qualified pipeline, conversion, cost per lead. A big part of the work is using AI directly in marketing: generating and adapting content, tailoring campaigns to each segment and persona, sharpening targeting and SEO , and running the test-and-learn loops that are too slow to do by hand. The other part is building smart AI agents; autonomous systems that take on the work themselves: researching accounts, enriching and scoring leads, personalizing outreach, and feeding clean signals back into the funnel. Together they turn tooling, data and AI models into systems that create real marketing leverage : more pipeline, better quality, and higher velocity. Poland is your starting point and touchstone: a new market where you build the systems from the ground up. Prove them here, then scale what works into Elfsquad's existing markets (Benelux, DACH and the Nordics) and into new ones. The AI GTM Engineer sits in Marketing, is part of the commercial team, and reports directly to the CCO. Your Role: Analyze existing marketing and sales processes (HubSpot, inbound, outbound, content, enrichment) and expose manual work, friction and inefficiencies. Test new AI tools, models and automation concepts, learn fast, and actively stop what doesn’t work. Design and actually implement AI-driven flows for lead discovery, enrichment, scoring and routing. Use AI to produce relevant, on brand content and campaigns (inbound, SEO/GEO, nurture) without sacrificing quality or brand voice. Set up outbound flows based on buying signals and intent, with deep personalization for complex buying committees, with the help of AI. Make the effect on pipeline, conversion and velocity measurable and report it honestly. Constructively challenge marketing and sales with insights and concrete proposals. Build and orchestrate AI agents that handle marketing and sales work end to end; systems that research, decide and act on their own, not just one-off automations. Set sensible guardrails: keep AI output accurate, on-brand and compliant Turn what works into something repeatable: document, templatize and package proven systems so they scale from one market into other markets and can be run by the team, not only by you. You: Have built AI systems yourself : designing and shipping AI-driven workflows (agents, enrichment, scoring, personalization), not just using them. Using a chatbot doesn't count; building systems does. Know where to point AI at a B2B funnel : a solid grasp of B2B sales and marketing dynamics (ICP, buying committees, pipeline, what actually moves it), and a clear sense of where AI creates leverage and where it doesn't. Are hands-on with HubSpot and the modern, AI-enabled GTM stack : enrichment, outreach and data tooling (e.g. Clay, n8n, Apollo), wired together into working flows. Can tell whether the AI is actually working: define the right metric, run a clean experiment, evaluate agent/model output, and tell signal from noise. Design AI systems end-to-end : think about how the parts connect, not patching point problems with a one-off prompt. Have judgment on quality and brand: you can tell good output from plausible-looking output, and hold the bar even when AI makes it easy to ship fast. Are fluent in Polish and English , verbal and written (German is a plus). What We Offer: We believe that great results come from people who feel trusted, supported and set up to do their best work. That's why we offer benefits that are meaningful and practical, designed for real life. Compensation - a good salary based upon knowledge and experience Resources - all the tools you need for the job, including a MacBook ready from day one and a workspace in the our office in Gdansk Hybrid set-up - you get to work from our office in Gdansk, with the occasional visits at our HQ in The Netherlands, and office in Germany. Work from home - possibility to work from home. Quarterly meetings - every quarter we get together for alignment, collaboration, and team building, each time in a different city. About Elfsquad We build CPQ software for manufacturers with complex, configurable products, such as agricultural equipment, pumps and valves, packaging machinery, and elevators. Products that need real configuration logic, not spreadsheet workarounds. This is possible thanks to our core values: What you see is what you get We're not here to chase hype or promise the impossible. Just honest, solid software that solves real problems. For the Makers We exist because of our customers. Ambitious in vision, driven in action We want to build the best CPQ software for manufacturers, but on our terms: independent, grounded, and built to last. Technical Product Manager
Senior

Warsaw, Poland
22,000 - 28,000 PLN/mo
🏢 Summary: Technical Product Manager role focused on building and scaling AI capabilities at the platform and backend level, powering multiple products. The position bridges product strategy and deep engineering collaboration, shaping AI-driven features, APIs, and infrastructure for reliability and scalability. You will own end-to-end product delivery for AI and cloud services, translating business needs into robust technical solutions. 🗂️ Requirements: Technical background in software development or hands-on engineering role, Ability to read code and participate in architecture discussions, Experience working with backend or platform products, Strong understanding of LLMs and AI system design, Experience with APIs and service architecture, Ability to define and manage technical product requirements, Experience delivering scalable and reliable technical solutions, Fluent English communication skills 📃 Skills: AI, LLMs, APIs, Backend, Architecture, Cloud, Infrastructure, Prompting, Observability, Permissions, RateLimiting, Streaming, ModelManagement, Evaluations 🏢 Description: We are the company behind CKEditor – an open-source rich text editor used by millions of people around the world. We are part of Tiugo Technologies, a family of API-first developer platforms (CKEditor, TinyMCE, ButterCMS, Uploadcare) focused on content creation and digital collaboration. Description: As a Technical Product Manager, you will help shape how AI becomes a real product capability across CKEditor. This role sits at the intersection of product thinking, engineering depth, and developer empathy. You’ll work closely with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to turn AI opportunities into product decisions that are useful, scalable, and worth shipping. When this role works well, teams move faster, product decisions get sharper, and AI capabilities feel like a real extension of the product rather than a layer added on top. You won’t just help define features. You’ll help define how we build in this space. You'll work on the backend and platform layer that powers multiple products across CKEditor. This department includes the AI Services team, which focuses on agent harnessing, model management and evaluations, streaming, rate limiting, and permissions, as well as Cloud Services teams responsible for real-time collaboration infrastructure. What those teams share is a platform-first mindset: you need to care about APIs, service architecture, and the reliability that many products and teams depend on every day. On the AI side, you also need to understand what LLMs can and can't do, and why that matters at the infrastructure level. If you have a stronger background with the product surface and the design - and would like to continue growing in that direction - take a look at our counterpart role, Technical Product Manager. Key responsibilities: Help shape the product vision and roadmap for our features. Drive prioritization day to day: make clear tradeoffs between user value, technical complexity, speed, and quality. Keep the team focused on what matters most right now. Collaborate with engineering teams to translate business needs into technical requirements. Manage the product lifecycle from conception through release. Define and track product requirements, and ensure delivery of high-quality and scalable solutions. Coordinate with sales, marketing, and support teams to maximize product success. To be successful in this role you need the following: Engineers forget you're a PM. You come from a technical background (whether that's software development or another hands-on technical role), and it shows. You can read code, hold your own in architecture discussions, and understand constraints without needing them explained twice. You ship, not just plan. Within 3 months, you'll be expected to be productive in the trenches. This isn't a role where strategy fills your calendar. You own the day-to-day scope and delivery alongside your engineering and design counterparts, and you move at the pace the work demands. You're comfortable owning hundreds of small decisions, every day. High-level strategy will be covered by product and technical leaders, with your help. But the details are yours. You'll make judgment calls constantly, and you won't wait for permission to make them. You take AI seriously and you lead well in high-stakes environments. AI is our top product priority right now. You understand how LLMs work, what makes a prompt engineering approach sound or fragile, and why model behavior matters to the product experience. You'll be in conversations with product leaders, technical leaders, and go-to-market teams, and you can discuss this work credibly with engineers and executives while driving clarity and momentum without formal authority. You communicate clearly across very different audiences, in fluent English. You can explain a technical tradeoff to a non-technical stakeholder and an AI product decision to an engineer, on the same day, without losing either audience. Experience that helps: We care more about what you've accomplished than CV line items. If you've shipped products that users and developers love, and can discuss technical tradeoffs, we want to talk regardless of your education or exact years of experience. We'd love to hear about: You've worked on platform or backend products that serve multiple teams or product surfaces. You understand the difference between shipping a feature once and building a capability others will depend on every day. You can discuss prompt engineering, model behavior, evaluations, and operational tradeoffs without hand-waving. You know that AI quality is not just about picking a model; it's about system design, guardrails, iteration, and measurement. You've worked with APIs, service architecture, observability, permissions, rate limits, or other platform concerns that determine whether a technical product is reliable at scale. Why join CKSource: Our people are a huge part of what makes CKSource a great place to work! Aside from a great team, some of our benefits include: B2B contract-based monthly remuneration is 22.000 - 28.000 PLN + VAT or its equivalent on the employment contract. The role combines hands-on technical direction with ownership of infrastructure, quality, and engineering execution. 🗂️ Requirements: Proven experience building and scaling high-performing engineering teams, Hands-on expertise in software architecture and system design, Experience shipping AI or LLM-based products to production, Deep knowledge of LLM orchestration and agent architectures, Experience with AI-assisted development tools in engineering workflows, Ownership of infrastructure efficiency, reliability, and product quality metrics, Ability to operate at startup pace with rapid release cycles, Onsite presence in Mountain View, CA 📃 Skills: LLMs, GPT-4, Claude, AgenticAI, Architecture, Orchestration, AIDevelopment, Cursor, OpenSource, Infrastructure, DistributedSystems 🏢 Description: CommerceIQ is building the AI platform that runs commerce for the world's largest brands. We are not selling AI demos. We are shipping AI agents for content, media, and sales into the workflows of the Fortune 100 every week. 2,200+ Customers 10 of Top 12 CPG Companies 900+ Retailers Connected $200M+ Raised Customers include Coca-Cola, Nestlé, Colgate-Palmolive, Mondelez, Samsung, and Kellogg's. Backed by SoftBank, Insight Partners, and Madrona. Headquartered in Mountain View with teams across the US, India, Canada, and the UK. Pre-IPO.The Problem: We have thousands of enterprise users, proven product-market fit across digital shelf analytics, retail media, and sales operations, and the Fortune 100 running on our platform. That part works. Now we are building something new: autonomous AI agents that are already in customer hands and scaling fast. This is a 0-to-1 build inside a company that has the distribution, the data, and the customers to make it real. The AI Labs team operates as a startup within the company. It needs its own engineering leader. Someone who can recruit a world-class team in Mountain View, set the technical direction for agentic AI in commerce, and ship at a pace that matches the opportunity. We have engineering teams across the US, India, Canada, and the UK. Mountain View is the center of gravity for AI leadership. This role reports directly to the Founders. We ship with Claude, GPT-4, and open-source models in production. Our engineers already write the majority of code with AI. Some things are great. Some things need to be rebuilt. The next leader will know the difference. What You'll Do: Build the Future of Commerce AI Architect and evolve the platform for the agentic era. The technical foundation needs to support agents that operate autonomously across content, media, and sales. You will decide what gets built, how it gets built, and what gets thrown away. Push the frontier on AI-assisted development. We already lead most companies in AI code contribution. Claude Code, Cursor, and the next generation of agentic dev workflows should be standard across the org. As a startup, we should be ahead of everyone else on this. Ship AI agents into production with speed and reliability. Our agents are already in Fortune 100 workflows and scaling fast. Engineering needs to deliver new capabilities on a weekly cadence. Be the technical face of the company externally. Our AI Brand positioning depends on engineering leaders who can speak credibly about what we are building. Conference talks, blog posts, recruiting events. Build the Team Recruit and retain world-class engineering talent, starting with Mountain View. You will be measured on the quality of people you bring in and the quality of people you develop. Build a strong engineering leadership bench. We need senior leaders who can independently own large surface areas and represent engineering with authority across the company. Create an environment where the best engineers want to stay, grow, and recruit their friends. Every hire should raise the average. Own Engineering Execution Own product quality, infrastructure efficiency, and engineering velocity. You set the metrics, you hit them. Drive continuous improvement in margins and cost structure. We have already made dramatic improvements in infra costs and product reliability. You will own the next chapter. What You'll Bring: This is not a caretaker role. We need a builder. Here is what matters: You have built and scaled engineering teams. You have taken a team from good to great. You know how to hire senior talent, develop middle managers, and create a culture where A-players attract more A-players. Ideally you have done this at a pre-IPO company scaling through a similar inflection point. You are technical and hands-on. You can go deep on architecture discussions, review technical designs, and earn the respect of senior engineers. You do not need to write code every day, but you need to be able to tell when code is good and when it is not. You are AI-native. You personally use AI development tools. You have opinions about LLM orchestration, agent architectures, and how AI changes the software development lifecycle. You are excited about a world where AI writes most of the code and engineers focus on architecture, judgment, and customer impact. You operate with urgency. Startup pace. Weekly shipping cadence. You do not tolerate multi-month planning cycles for things that should take days. You bias for action and course-correct fast. You are a talent magnet. The best engineers you have worked with want to work with you again. You have a network of strong technical leaders you can bring in. You know the difference between hiring for pedigree and hiring for signal. You want to be in the room. This is an onsite role in Mountain View. You will work closely with the Founders, product, and customer success. Our best decisions happen face-to-face. Compensation and Benefits: Base: Competitive with top-tier Silicon Valley companies. Commensurate with experience. Equity: Significant pre-IPO stock options. This is a leadership seat and the equity reflects that. We are at a stage where senior hires still get meaningful ownership. Benefits: Full medical, dental, vision. 401(k). Unlimited PTO. Location: Mountain View, CA. Onsite. 15 minutes from Stanford campus. Why Join Now: The window is now. The company has product-market fit, revenue, and customers. The AI Labs team is being built right now. In 12 months this team will be set. The founding members will define the culture, the architecture, and the trajectory. This is that moment. Real AI, not AI theater. Most companies are bolting AI onto legacy products and calling it innovation. We are rebuilding the entire platform around autonomous agents. Our agents are already in production, already in customer workflows, already making decisions. If you want to lead a team doing real AI, this is it. Fortune 100 scale. Your decisions will directly affect how 2,200+ brands run their ecommerce. The Fortune 100 uses our platform to manage billions of dollars in commerce. This is not a sandbox. Equity upside. Pre-IPO. $200M+ raised from tier-one investors. The economics of joining at this stage, in this role, are compelling. 🏢 Summary: Technical Product Manager role focused on shaping and delivering AI capabilities within a rich text editor platform, combining product ownership with strong engineering depth. The position drives day-to-day prioritization, translates business needs into technical requirements, and ensures scalable, high-quality AI features integrated into real-time collaborative editing workflows. It requires hands-on involvement with engineering teams to ship AI-powered product experiences from conception to release. 🗂️ Requirements: Technical background in software development or hands-on engineering role, Ability to read code and participate in architecture discussions, Experience delivering AI-powered products or features, Understanding of LLMs and prompt engineering concepts, Experience translating business needs into technical requirements, Ownership of product lifecycle from conception to release, Experience working with APIs and scalable systems, Fluent English communication in technical contexts 📃 Skills: AI, LLM, Prompting, APIs, Architecture, SaaS, Collaboration, UX, Agile, Backlog 🏢 Description: We are the company behind CKEditor – an open-source rich text editor used by millions of people around the world. You’ll work more closely with the product surface: how AI shows up in editing workflows, where it saves time, how it earns user trust, and how it improves the experience for developers and end users. CKEditor AI brings AI directly into the editor through capabilities like chat, review, and translation, helping teams create and improve rich text content without leaving their workflow. You’ll work on what is one of the most advanced rich text editing platforms on the market, combining AI capabilities with real-time collaboration for products where content is core to the user experience. If you have a stronger background in the platform layer, backend, and APIs - and would like to continue growing in that direction - take a look at our counterpart role, Technical Product Manager. We'd love to hear about: You've worked on product experiences where the interface matters as much as the model behind it: writing tools, editing workflows, review systems, or other products where users stay in flow only if the UX is fast, trustworthy, and clear. You've worked on enterprise-grade products where quality is non-negotiable and the details are what separate good from great. You understand content processes: how teams create, review, and publish content, and you can see how a product decision in an editor ripples through an entire workflow. Experience with rich text editing, document-centric products, or real-time collaboration is especially relevant. Their product crawls websites at scale, analyzes technical issues, and helps teams understand how search engines see and render their pages.
