Andersen is hiring a Full-stack QA Engineer in the EU for a project developing digital platforms and ensuring quality, reliability, and performance of large-scale web services.

The project is focused on developing and maintaining large-scale digital media platforms and online services. It includes enhancing high-availability web applications, API integrations, automation processes, and digital experiences while ensuring reliability, performance, and high quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Developing and maintenaing automated tests for web applications, APIs, and internal services using WebdriverIO, Mocha, and TypeScript.
Manual and automated testing of web applications, APIs, database-related logic, and service integrations.
Analysing of business and technical requirements and preparation of test cases, checklists, regression scenarios, and acceptance criteria.
Planning, execution, and documentation of functional, regression, smoke, integration, API, and database testing.
Testing of media-related workflows, including media asset management, large file upload/download, tagging, classification, rights management, and royalty-related processes.
Validation of frontend, backend, middleware, and API integrations within a microservice-based architecture.
Defect analysing, clear bug documentation, tracking, retesting, and communication with development teams.
Participating in CI/CD-based quality checks and release validation across Dev, Stage, and Production environments.
Support of testing activities for legacy systems with limited documentation, including exploratory testing, debugging support, and reverse engineering of system behavior.
Communicating of test results, risks, defects, and quality status to project teams and stakeholders.
Contribution to QA process improvement, testing coverage optimization, and automation stability.
Must-haves:
Professional experience in Software QA / Quality Assurance аt least 2 years.
Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or an equivalent qualification.
Hands-on experience in manual and automated testing of web applications.
Experience with API testing and validation of service integrations.
Experience with database testing / data validation.
Experience with JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
Practical experience in test automation.
Experience with WebdriverIO / WDIO, Mocha, and TypeScript.
Understanding of CI/CD processes and release verification flows.
Ability to analyze business and technical requirements.
Ability to plan, execute, and document test activities.
Experience in defect analysis, bug reporting, tracking, retesting, and defect lifecycle management.
Ability to communicate test results, risks, defects, and quality status to project teams and stakeholders.
