Andersen is hiring a Junior Full Stack QA Engineer for a project enhancing digital insurance solutions and ensuring quality, reliability, and seamless customer experiences.

The project focuses on enhancing a digital insurance distribution platform by enabling the sale of travel, roadside assistance, and bicycle insurance products through B2B and B2C channels. It includes developing new sales journeys, integrating partner systems, and modernizing insurance distribution processes to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Designing, maintaining, and executing comprehensive manual test scenarios for web applications.
  • Creating, reviewing, and maintaining detailed test cases, test suites, test plans, and testing documentation.
  • Analyzing business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to identify test scenarios and edge cases.
  • Identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects in Jira with detailed reproduction steps and severity assessment.
  • Collaborating with developers, business analysts, product owners, and designers.
  • Participating in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives).
  • Developing and maintaining automated end-to-end test scenarios using Playwright with JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Executing automated regression suites and analyzing results to identify failures and quality risks.
  • Integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

  • Experience in QA Automation for 6+ months.
  • Basic experience with Playwright or another UI test automation framework.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
  • Understanding of software testing principles and QA processes.
  • Willingness to combine manual and automated testing activities.
  • Ability to analyze test results, identify defects, and document findings.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • English level from Intermediate+ and above.

Nice to have

  • Experience using AI-powered testing tools and approaches.
  • Familiarity with Zephyr or other test management tools.
