We are seeking an entrepreneurial and experienced Product Manager to own and evolve the staffing product at the center of the marketplace. This role spans both enterprise customers operating distribution centers and manufacturing lines, and the workers whose reliability underpins marketplace value. You will collaborate with engineering, design, data, operations, and field teams to design, build, and ship practical solutions into industrial facilities. This role reports directly to the VP of Product.

What You’ll Do

  • Architect and steward product strategy across critical staffing and marketplace workflows

Salary Range Details

The compensation range for this position is $210,000 – $250,000. Exceptions may be made for candidates with qualifications significantly different from those outlined. A competitive equity package is included.

The position is based onsite in New York City or San Francisco, five days per week.
