Traba is building the AI operating layer for the industrial supply chain. The company began in the workforce space, helping manufacturing and logistics customers solve contingent labor challenges through technology and operational systems.

The Role

The product is the labor itself: the workers matched and deployed into warehouses and manufacturing facilities across the country. Every product decision impacts supply, demand, fulfillment, customer outcomes, and marketplace health.

The company is seeking an entrepreneurial and experienced Product Manager to own and evolve the staffing product at the center of the marketplace. The role works across enterprise customers operating distribution centers and manufacturing lines, as well as workers using the platform.

This role collaborates with software engineers, product designers, data analysts, operations teams, and field teams to design and deliver practical solutions into industrial facilities. The position reports directly to the VP of Product.

What you’ll do

  • Architect and steward product strategy across staffing and marketplace workflows
  • Solve complex marketplace problems by balancing customer needs, operational realities, and business outcomes
  • Write detailed product requirements and partner closely with engineering teams
  • Build systems that improve marketplace liquidity, fulfillment, matching quality, and operational efficiency
  • Use data to uncover marketplace and customer insights
  • Translate operational complexity into scalable product systems
  • Scale operations through internal tooling and technical solutions
  • Launch and iterate products across customers, regions, and operational environments
  • Visualize and communicate complex systems, workflows, and operational models
  • Collaborate across departments and synthesize stakeholder feedback

What we’re looking for

  • Customer-focused product mindset with direct engagement with users on both sides of the marketplace
  • Experience using AI-driven workflows and tools in product operations
  • Deep experience operating in two-sided marketplaces
  • Experience building enterprise B2B products in operationally complex environments
  • Strong first-principles thinking and systems understanding
  • Experience building operational products or internal tools
  • Builder mentality with ability to move quickly in ambiguous environments
  • Strong collaboration skills across product, engineering, design, operations, sales, and leadership teams

What you’ll bring

  • 7 - 10 years of experience as a Product Manager
  • Experience shipping products with measurable business outcomes
  • Experience in two-sided marketplaces with supply and demand dynamics
  • Experience building enterprise products for multi-stakeholder customers
  • Experience building operational tooling or systems
  • Strong technical fluency and ability to work deeply with engineering teams
  • Startup experience with high ownership and speed
  • Willingness to work across a broad product surface area
  • Strong work ethic and motivation to build a category-defining company

Salary Range Details

The compensation range for this position is between $210,000 and $250,000. The company also offers a competitive equity package.

The role is based onsite in New York City or San Francisco, five days per week, to support collaboration and fast-paced product development.
