Senior Product Manager (Marketplace)
Senior • On-site
180,000 - 210,000 USD/yr
San Francisco, CA , +1
Traba is building the AI operating layer for the light industrial supply chain.
We started in the workforce space because contingent labor is the biggest operational pain point our manufacturing and logistics customers face. We used it to embed ourselves inside their daily operations and create a far better customer experience through technology. Now those same customers are pulling us beyond staffing into the broader operational workflows that run their facilities.
By connecting to the systems running across every facility and activating the workers already on our platform to execute against them, we are building applied AI that drives real productivity gains and transforms how the global supply chain operates at scale.
The Role
The product is the labor itself: the workers we match and deploy into warehouses and manufacturing facilities across the country. Every product decision impacts supply, demand, fulfillment, customer outcomes, and marketplace health.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial and experienced Product Manager to own and evolve our staffing product at the center of Traba’s marketplace. You’ll work across enterprise customers and workers while collaborating with engineering, design, analytics, operations, and field teams.
This role reports directly to the VP of Product.

- Customer-obsessed product mindset
