What We're Looking For
We are seeking a highly entrepreneurial and customer-obsessed Customer & Community Growth Manager to build and scale the engagement engine behind Nitra's customer ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Partnerships, and Revenue, driving customer engagement, advocacy, adoption, and expansion across fintech, marketplace, and AI software products.
You will launch customer communities, develop advocacy programs, lead communications, and create educational content that strengthens relationships while driving measurable business growth.
Responsibilities
- Build and scale specialty-specific and role-specific customer communities.
- Launch and manage online communities, forums, networking groups, regional chapters, councils, summits, and events.
- Increase product adoption and cross-product usage across fintech, marketplace, and AI offerings.
- Own advocacy programs including ambassadors, referral programs, testimonials, and case studies.
- Lead newsletters, lifecycle campaigns, product announcements, webinars, and onboarding initiatives.
- Create thought leadership content including podcasts, reports, research, and surveys.
- Build and manage Customer Advisory Boards and Physician Councils.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Measure engagement and optimize programs using data-driven insights.
- Analyze customer behavior to improve retention and revenue growth.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in Customer Marketing, Community, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Partnerships, Growth, or similar roles.
- Experience building customer communities or advocacy programs from scratch.
- Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, engagement, retention, and expansion strategies.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Analytical mindset with experience measuring engagement and business outcomes.
- Experience supporting SMB and mid-market customers.
