As a Provider Growth Specialist, you will drive the expansion of the national clinical research network by identifying, engaging, and developing relationships with independent physician practices and healthcare organizations. You will own outbound prospecting and partnership development, generating qualified opportunities that grow the provider network.

This is a high-impact, sales-focused role ideal for a motivated professional who thrives on building relationships, creating new opportunities, and delivering measurable growth.

Where You'll Drive Impact

  • Identify and prospect independent physician practices, healthcare organizations, and strategic partnership opportunities within targeted markets to build a robust sales pipeline
  • Execute multi-channel outbound outreach through phone, email, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, conferences, and other engagement channels
  • Manage the partnership sales process from initial outreach through qualification, stakeholder engagement, negotiations, and successful execution
  • Gather and synthesize information on prospective partners, including organizational structure, leadership teams, research capabilities, and growth initiatives
  • Support market mapping, target research, and strategic pipeline development activities
  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation and outreach tracking
  • Monitor outreach activity, sourcing metrics, and opportunity progression
  • Represent the organization professionally in interactions with physicians, healthcare executives, and strategic partners
  • Contribute market insights and competitive intelligence to support growth strategy discussions
  • Perform other tasks as assigned

What You Bring to the Team
