We’re looking for a Commercial Roofing Sales Representative / Account Manager to lead commercial sales and account management efforts, serving as the primary point of contact for business owners, property managers, builders, and commercial clients. You will perform roof inspections, identify solutions, prepare estimates and proposals, and guide clients through every step of the process—from initial inspection to final payment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and create commercial roofing sales opportunities across the Connecticut area and surrounding markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, builders, and business owners.
  • Schedule and attend appointments to inspect roofs, identify damage, and educate customers on solutions.
  • Conduct roof inspections and develop accurate quotes, proposals, and RFP responses.
  • Communicate proactively with clients throughout the sales, installation, and post-project process.
  • Coordinate closely with internal project managers to ensure smooth execution of jobs.
  • Maintain detailed documentation, estimates, and photos in the company CRM system.
  • Represent the company with professionalism, honesty, and integrity at all times.
  • Participate in company training and ongoing education to improve knowledge and performance.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial roofing sales.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Must be 18 years or older, authorized to work in the U.S., and able to pass a background and drug test.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and active listening skills.
  • Basic understanding of roofing systems, installation processes, and insurance claims (or willingness to learn).
