Description

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will work as a Fullstack Engineer with a backend focus, contributing to AI-powered retrieval systems, infrastructure, or end-to-end product features. You will design, build, and optimize scalable systems powering AI search, user-facing applications, and integrations, while making independent technical decisions that impact both product and business outcomes.

AI Retrieval Team Responsibilities

  • Reduce latency and cost of retrieval systems
  • Improve quality and relevance of search results
  • Expand retrieval capabilities to new data sources and third-party systems
  • Build and optimize search infrastructure using OpenSearch/ElasticSearch
  • Contribute to ML-powered features such as embeddings-based retrieval and semantic search
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-location teams

Infrastructure / Product Team Responsibilities

  • Build end-to-end product features from UI to scalable backend systems
  • Design data models and implement efficient processing logic

Requirements
