What You'll Be Doing

  • Execute testing and validation activities across PC and cloud gaming platforms
  • Perform system-level testing on Windows-based hardware and software environments
  • Identify, reproduce, troubleshoot, and document defects with clear and detailed bug reports
  • Analyze logs, system behavior, and test results to support root-cause investigations
  • Validate software, drivers, firmware, and platform functionality
  • Review test plans and contribute to test automation efforts where applicable
  • Create and distribute test reports to stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to improve product quality and user experience

What We Need to See

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 4+ years of experience in QA, validation, testing, or a related engineering role
  • Strong experience working within Windows operating system environments
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting software and hardware issues at the system level
  • Experience testing device drivers, firmware, or platform-level functionality
  • Proficiency with scripting or automation using Python
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently investigate complex technical issues
  • Experience with Windows debugging tools and log analysis (WinDbg)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with hardware validation, platform testing, or PC system integration
  • Knowledge of GPU technologies, graphics systems, or gaming platforms
  • Experience supporting automation frameworks and test infrastructure
  • Exposure to AI-assisted development, debugging, or test workflows
