You'll oversee recruiting execution across multiple business lines while helping create an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

What You'll Do

Lead & Develop a High-Performing Team

  • Coach, mentor, and develop a team of 7-10 Talent Acquisition Partners through regular one-on-one meetings, pipeline reviews, and performance coaching.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, and recruiting excellence.
  • Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development of new recruiters.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day leader and escalation point for recruiting operations.

Drive Recruiting Excellence

  • Oversee daily recruiting operations across multiple business lines including clinical, sales, operations, and corporate functions.
  • Balance recruiter workloads and hiring priorities to ensure timely, high-quality hiring support.
  • Monitor recruiting pipelines, aging requisitions, and hiring activity to proactively remove barriers.
  • Partner with business leaders on critical hiring initiatives and workforce priorities.

Optimize Recruiting Operations

  • Standardize recruiting processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology, automation, and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with recruiting policies, employment regulations, and internal processes.
  • Champion a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the hiring journey.

Use Data to Drive Results

  • Analyze recruiting metrics and operational dashboards to identify trends and improve performance.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity within the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership to deliver meaningful recruiting insights and executive reporting.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably within healthcare.
  • 3+ years leading or managing recruiting teams.
  • Experience supporting high-volume, multi-state recruiting environments.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting metrics, pipeline management, and workforce analytics.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred).
  • Proven ability to coach, develop, and motivate recruiting professionals.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action.
  • Experience leading process improvement initiatives and implementing recruiting technology solutions.

Preferred

  • Home Health, Hospice, Post-Acute Care, or Healthcare Services recruiting experience.
  • Experience supporting geographically dispersed field operations.
