Responsibilities

  • Implement and configure Oracle EBS R12.2 P2P modules (iProcurement, Purchasing, Payables).
  • Provide expertise in Oracle Procure to Pay.
  • Configure and support PO/AP setups and SLA.
  • Apply federal AP and PO business process standards within Oracle R12.
  • Maintain and enhance interfaces including requirements gathering, analysis, design, configuration, documentation, testing, and deployment.
  • Lead client meetings and provide industry best practices as a functional SME.
  • Support full lifecycle delivery: requirements, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience
  • 6+ years of experience implementing/supporting Oracle R12 Federal Financial applications (P2P, iProcurement, Purchasing, Payables)
  • 6+ years of experience configuring Procure-to-Pay in a federal environment
  • Strong experience with P2P modules (iProcurement, Purchasing, Payables)
  • Experience analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving Oracle E-Business Suite service requests
  • Knowledge of USSGL, Treasury reporting, and FAR

Security & Eligibility Requirements

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust clearance
  • Ability to pass a federal background investigation
  • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required

Salary: $130,000 – $149,000 (commensurate with experience).
