As the Senior Product Manager for Device Data & Performance, you will own the strategic direction of a platform that sits at the center of operations, serving internal business units, field technicians, OEM partners, financial stakeholders, and homeowners. This is a uniquely cross-functional role. You will define how the company connects with hardware manufacturers through integration partnerships, shape the data models that power performance monitoring and alerting, and build the workflows that enable field service and asset management teams to act on what the data reveals. You will collaborate across Asset Management, Field Service, Operations, Customer Support, Finance, and Engineering.
