Why the Role Exists

This role owns the financial engine for the residential TPO and VPP platform, including HoldCo/SPV modeling, tax equity, ITC transfers, equity and debt financing, governance, and investor reporting. The position translates operational deployment into bankable portfolios and board-ready capital plans.

What You'll Own

Capital Formation

  • Develop and refine project and portfolio financial models, fund waterfalls, and tax-equity structures.
  • Raise tax equity to monetize §48E ITC and related attributes.
  • Execute §6418 ITC transfers, including pricing and indemnity negotiation.
  • Raise equity and debt to support deployment ramp.

Legal-Entity Architecture & Governance

  • Manage HoldCo, SPVs, and fund entity structures.
  • Oversee inter-company agreements and capital flows.
  • Ensure compliance with foreign entity and §6418 requirements.

Accounting, Controls & Reporting

  • Oversee GAAP accounting and fund consolidation.
  • Own investor and lender reporting.
  • Prepare board-ready capital and performance materials.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Translate operational inputs into financial assumptions and returns.
  • Partner across Ops, Product, Marketing, and Program teams.
