Responsibilities

Assess, evaluate, diagnose, establish plan of care, and treat patients, including referrals as necessary
Perform physical assessments and complete patient histories, including Virtual Visits
Order medications, treatments, and labs as permitted by the Ohio State Medical Board and Credentialing Board
Coordinate patient care, counsel, and advise patients regarding concerns
Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives

Qualifications

MD or DO with Ohio Medical License or willingness to obtain
