Responsibilities

  • Assess, evaluate, diagnose, establish plan of care, and treat patients, including referrals as necessary
  • Perform physical assessments and complete patient histories, including Virtual Visits
  • Order medications, treatments, and labs as permitted by the Ohio State Medical Board and Credentialing Board
  • Coordinate patient care, counsel, and advise patients regarding concerns
  • Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives
