  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support automation, data acquisition, and production systems with Engineering, Operations, and IT teams.
  • Government and Compliance Support: Assist with audits, CMMC assessments, and compliance reviews through documentation and evidence collection.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years in network engineering within manufacturing, defense, or government-regulated environments.

  • Platform Proficiency: Direct experience with Cisco Meraki and Ubiquiti UniFi platforms.
  • Security Knowledge: Working knowledge of NIST 800-171 and CMMC controls; experience supporting CMMC assessments preferred.
  • Government Experience (Preferred): Experience with federal contractors, DoD programs, CUI handling, and export-controlled environments (ITAR/EAR).
  • Routing and Switching: Strong knowledge of BGP, OSPF, spanning tree, VLANs, QoS, and SD-WAN.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform cable runs, rack installations, and equipment mounting in a manufacturing environment.
  • Preferred Certifications: Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Meraki ECMS, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+.
