About the Resilience Group

The Resilience Group's mission is simple and critical: guarantee that the platform is always up and running. With hundreds of thousands of customers and continuous deployments happening daily, the platform faces constant pressures – and when things break, the team restores them as fast as possible.

The group is advancing Agentic Incident Response and AI SRE practices by driving three areas:

  • Traffic Shaping – tooling that enables service owners to contain and handle unusual usage patterns and traffic spikes that could destabilize the platform.
  • Observability – empowering engineers to raise alerts when systems behave unexpectedly and accelerate inspection, troubleshooting, and resolution of incidents.
  • Reliability Engineering – providing teams with tooling and practices to better operate their services, combining software engineering and DevOps expertise.

About the Role

  • Own the mission and outcomes of the Resilience group: platform availability, incident response speed, and reduction of production incidents.
  • Identify bottlenecks across the platform and lead systematic improvements, such as enhancing observability coverage and detection rates.
  • Work with the Group Tech Lead to define technical strategy and translate it into actionable scopes of work for each team.
  • Manage and develop Team Leaders, ensuring cross-team alignment and growth.
  • Develop deep understanding of the platform architecture, usage patterns, and product context to identify high-impact problems.
  • Own and improve incident response practices, including tooling, escalation paths, post-mortems, and preventative mechanisms.

Your Experience & Skills

  • Strong understanding of distributed systems in a microservices environment.
  • Deep background in SRE or production engineering, with interest in agentic SRE, agentic incident response, and AI-assisted operations.
  • Senior engineering management experience, including managing Team Leaders and Senior Technical Leaders.
  • Familiarity with observability best practices, traffic management, and production reliability at scale.
  • Experience owning end-to-end reliability programs and defining technical direction.

Salary & Compensation

  • Base salary
  • Bonus target
  • Restricted Stock Units (RSUs)
  • Total target monthly compensation: 73,000 PLN to 80,000 PLN
