About the Opportunity

Inalab has an immediate opening for a Project Analyst to support the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) Systems Engineering Support (NSES) Practice. The Project Analyst provides executive-level administrative, operational, and project coordination support to senior government leadership within a classified environment.

The position requires an active TS/SCI clearance, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to operate effectively within a fast-paced headquarters or program office environment while handling sensitive and classified information.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Manage executive priorities, track actions and suspense items
  • Coordinate meetings and travel
  • Prepare correspondence, executive summaries, and briefing materials
  • Facilitate communication among government personnel, contractors, and external stakeholders
  • Perform calendar management, visitor access coordination, and records management
  • Provide travel support and administrative support for leadership engagements
  • Support acquisition-related activities and vendor engagements involving procurement-sensitive information and OCI considerations
