Identyfikacja i zarządzanie ryzykami projektowymi. Organizacja i prowadzenie prac zespołu projektowego, w tym deweloperów, analityków, testerów i dostawców zewnętrznych. Raportowanie statusu projektu do sponsorów i kierownictwa (postęp, ryzyka, budżet, zmiany). Prowadzenie projektu zgodnie z ramami formalnymi organizacji (procedury, system zarządzania, PMO etc.) Współpraca z interesariuszami wewnętrznymi (np. operacje ATM, IT, cyberbezpieczeństwo) i zewnętrznymi (partnerzy, dostawcy, regulatorzy). Udokumentowane osiągnięcia w skutecznym dostarczeniu projektów w obszarze systemów IT, rozumiane jako doprowadzenie projektu do uzgodnionych rezultatów (np. wdrożenie produkcyjne, osiągnięcie celów biznesowych) - mile widziane ATM/ANS, ale obowiązkowo systemy klasy enterprise lub krytyczne. Doświadczenie w pracy z formalnymi metodykami zarządzania projektami (PMI, PRINCE2, IPMA) oraz zwinnością (Scrum/Kanban). Praktyczna umiejętność planowania i monitorowania budżetu, harmonogramu i ryzyk. Umiejętność raportowania statusu projektu w sposób syntetyczny i oparty na faktach. Doświadczenie w prowadzeniu zespołów projektowych (min. 10 osób, wielo- rolowych). Silne umiejętności komunikacyjne – prowadzenie spotkań z zarządem, klientami, partnerami międzynarodowymi.
