Main Responsibilities Collaboration in Agile / SAFe teams Gathering and analyzing non-functional requirements (NFR) with stakeholders Creating non-functional testing strategies for releases (performance, resilience, reliability) Planning and executing tests based on risk analysis Designing and maintaining performance tests and scripts (LoadRunner/JMeter/Gatling) Executing performance, resilience, and stability tests Identifying performance issues and collaborating with technical teams for optimization Managing defects (prioritization, collaboration on resolution) Working with external and distributed teams Creating test reports and presenting results to stakeholders Supporting deployments through monitoring validation (lower vs production environments) Coordinating and monitoring non-functional testing activities Improving existing testing processes Integrating non-functional tests with CI/CD pipeline Key Requirements Must-have Minimum 7 years of testing experience , including at least 5 years in non-functional testing Strong knowledge of testing: performance testing reliability testing resilience testing Experience with tools: LoadRunner, JMeter, Gatling or similar Experience in complex environments (multiple systems, integrations, different business units) Experience working in Agile teams (SAFe preferred) Proficiency in JIRA (mandatory) , QTest is a plus Ability to write and analyze SQL queries, report analysis (e.g., AWR) Familiarity with CI/CD (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Maven) Knowledge of web services technologies (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML) Experience working with distributed teams Excellent communication skills Independence and proactivity Very good command of English Nice-to-have Experience in the banking/payments industry Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments Experience with cloud platforms Experience with mainframe systems Development experience (major plus) Other Details The position offers a dynamic working environment with opportunities for innovation and problem-solving.
