Job Description

The Applied Technology CMMC Senior Coordinator enables and supports the technology, systems, and user experience required for compliant CUI work. This role partners with the Market, IT and vendors to implement approved solutions, coordinate access, provide support, and maintain alignment with compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary Applied Technology lead supporting the systems, tools, and technical workflows used for CUI and CMMC-related work.
  • Coordinate with Market and IT vendors to implement, support, and maintain CUI technology environments.
  • Partner with Market stakeholders to understand operational needs and translate them into supportable, compliant technical solutions.
  • Provide guidance on approved tools, platform usage, system limitations, and technical dependencies related to compliant work.
  • Support onboarding of users and teams into approved systems, platforms, and access models for CUI work.
  • Coordinate with appropriate IT teams to align technical controls and user access with compliance requirements.
  • Help define, document, and maintain approved technology patterns, processes, and support models for CUI-related work.
  • Support technical evidence gathering, configuration validation, and readiness activities for assessments or audits.
  • Evaluate data flows, system usage, and business processes to help ensure CUI remains within approved boundaries and technologies.
  • Support lifecycle management of CUI-related technologies, including changes, updates, access processes, and issue resolution.
  • Identify technical risks, support gaps, or platform limitations and escalate recommendations for remediation.
  • Collaborate with the Market and other support teams to improve the usability, reliability, and supportability of the CUI environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting AEC software platforms, collaboration tools, access models, or regulated technology environments.
  • Strong understanding of technology operations, user support, system administration coordination, and process documentation.
  • Familiarity with CMMC, CUI handling requirements, NIST 800-171, Microsoft compliance/security capabilities, or similar regulated technology environments preferred.
  • Ability to work across technical and business teams to translate compliance needs into practical technical support models.
  • Experience documenting technical processes, controls, support procedures, and system dependencies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify technical risks and recommend scalable solutions.
  • Associate degree in computer aided drafting and design technology or a related area preferred. In lieu of an associate degree, equivalent experience is required.
  • Minimum six years' experience in a related position.
