The Rochester Knighthawks are seeking a Coordinator of Partnership Services in Rochester, NY.

The Coordinator of Partnership Services will serve as a liaison between the organization and corporate partners and will oversee the fulfillment of all contractual elements for an assigned list of corporate partners, suite holders, and season ticket holders. The Coordinator of Partnership Activation will be responsible for assisting the corporate sales staff with generating and developing new as well as existing corporate partnership opportunities and revenue streams for the organization.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage the fulfillment and execution of all assigned partnership programs to ensure contractual obligations are met each season (gameday activation, community programs, hospitality, signage, events, promotions, campaigns, tickets)
  • Prepare and manage purchase orders for the department
  • Assist with gameday auditing and fulfillment adjustments
  • Manage gameday and event catering orders and invoices
  • Develop tailored programs and campaigns to meet partner needs
  • Communicate regularly with partners via phone, email, meetings, and event hospitality
  • Track correspondence and revenue data through CRM software and league reporting platforms
  • Collaborate with internal departments to implement partnership and suite inventory
  • Assist with partnership presentations, renewal proposals, and post-season recap reports
  • Research and identify new partnership prospects
  • Maintain weekly activation reporting, asset tracking, and fulfillment status updates
  • Maintain confidentiality and complete additional duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in sponsorship activation, sales, marketing, business, sports management, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in business development, corporate sponsorship activation, sales, marketing, media, or advertising
  • Experience leading projects from start to finish
  • Experience activating integrated sponsorship packages across in-venue, digital, broadcast, and social media assets
  • Knowledge of corporate sales prospecting platforms (e.g., SponsorUnited) is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of CRM software
  • Experience developing post-analysis presentations and fulfilling promotional campaigns
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Strong writing, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
