Seneca Holdings is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist in Williamsville, NY. This team member will report to the Payroll Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Complete onboarding of new hires into payroll systems
- Review timesheets for accuracy
- Process any/all payroll changes required to process biweekly payrolls accurately and timely
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of ADP WFN and payroll processing experience
- Knowledge of FLSA and other federal, state, and local employment laws
- Multistate payroll experience a must
- ERP system experience
- Wage garnishment and tax levy experience
- Union or prevailing wage payroll experience
- Must be able to work with confidential material/information
- Must be analytical and have above average organizational and time management skills
- Must be able to prioritize and work independently or as a team member as needed
- Demonstrated proficiency in the utilization of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong customer service abilities
