About the Role

Happy Money is seeking a Senior Capital Markets Analyst to join the Capital Markets team, reporting directly to the Chief Capital Officer. This role supports and executes capital transactions that fund loan origination and scaling of The Payoff Loan™. The position involves managing institutional investor relationships, supporting asset-backed securitizations (ABS) and whole loan transactions, maintaining warehouse and forward flow facilities, and developing analytics and materials that support the external capital strategy. The role works cross-functionally with Credit, Risk, Engineering, Legal, Accounting, and Servicing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own portfolio performance analytics including cohort-level analysis, credit attribute segmentation, prepayment behavior, loss trend monitoring, and collateral performance forecasting; provide recommendations for transaction structuring and investor discussions
  • Build, maintain, and improve reporting infrastructure for investor transparency, rating agency packages, internal capital planning, and facility compliance monitoring
  • Support structuring, negotiation, and execution of forward flow agreements, warehouse credit facilities, and asset-backed securitizations
  • Prepare and deliver investor diligence materials, data packages, and portfolio performance reports; respond to investor inquiries
  • Monitor warehouse facility utilization, covenant compliance, and performance triggers; proactively flag and address issues
  • Coordinate investor due diligence processes, manage timelines, and track cross-functional deliverables
  • Collaborate with Credit & Risk, Product, Engineering, Legal, Accounting, and Servicing to ensure data integrity and seamless transaction execution

About You

  • 3+ years of experience in structured finance, debt capital markets, ABS banking or trading, private credit, investment banking (FIG or ABS focused), rating agency, or online lending platform
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related quantitative field; advanced degree may substitute for experience
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel
  • Solid understanding of consumer credit asset classes, ABS structures, and key performance metrics (CPR, CDR, OC/IC triggers)
  • Ability to independently analyze portfolio trends and recommend solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • Collaborative and resourceful approach in cross-functional environments

What You'll Do: - Responsible for the overall relationship with assigned PBM clients, including managing ongoing client touchbases, contract deliverables, tracking client inquiries and maintaining logs, resolving client escalations, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. - Maintain regular contact with clients, client representatives, and internal account team members regarding ongoing pharmacy operations. - Serve as the initial point of contact for day-to-day operational inquiries and lead all client meetings, including quarterly and annual business reviews. - Partner with the Implementation Team during new client implementations to ensure a seamless transition post-launch. - Gather client requirements for the annual open enrollment process, including benefit changes and customized requirements. - Participate in client webinars, training sessions, and forums to educate employees on the PBM solution; travel to client sites for Open Enrollment or Benefit Fairs may be required. - Identify issue trends and collaborate with operations and vendor partners to implement preventative measures. - Ensure all requirements and deliverables are met accurately and on time; track risks related to contractual obligations. - Support standardization across accounts and contribute to operational enhancements in multi-disciplinary teams. - Provide ongoing support including interpreting plan design, resolving claims, benefit and enrollment issues, and handling phone, written, and electronic inquiries. - Maintain awareness of industry trends and provide insights and recommendations to clients. Who You Are: - Education: Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred. - 5-8 years of experience in pharmacy operations. - Detail-oriented with strong consultative, presentation, communication, and organizational skills. - Solid client management skills and pharmacy benefit knowledge. - Effective and creative problem-solving abilities. - Ability to prioritize, manage change, lead projects, and influence stakeholders without direct authority. - Basic knowledge of spreadsheet tools (Excel, Google Sheets) and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides).
