Position Overview

Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor of OB/GYN – GYN Subspecialist

The Department of OB/GYN is seeking an OB/GYN subspecialist to join a medical school hospital with a fully accredited residency program, active robotic program, and approximately 20 residents. The role combines clinical gynecologic practice with teaching, academic leadership, and research opportunities within a large affiliated hospital system. Plans include co-recruitment to build a strong specialty group including MIGS and/or URPS subspecialists.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive consultative care to GYN patients
  • Participate in call coverage supported by an OBGYN hospitalist group and residency program
  • Practice primarily at affiliated institution with potential outpatient clinic involvement
  • Optional participation in inpatient OBGYN hospitalist program
  • Engage in academic leadership roles such as Clerkship Director or Residency Director

Minimum Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology and MIGS or URPS
  • Unrestricted Ohio medical license prior to start date
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
