Summary

A senior Business Change Project Manager is required to lead a strategically important regulatory and resilience-focused programme within a highly governed environment. This role will involve engagement with senior stakeholders across the organisation and external entities, ensuring delivery of complex regulatory and operational resilience objectives.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery of the Resilience in Critical Entities programme.

  • Manage senior stakeholder engagement across business, executive, and external stakeholder groups.

  • Coordinate programme governance activities, steering committees, and reporting structures.

  • Drive delivery against agreed scope, timelines, budget, and regulatory obligations.

  • Manage programme risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation activities.

  • Coordinate cross-functional resources and delivery activities.

  • Ensure strong communications management across all stakeholder groups.

  • Support structured decision-making and escalation management within governance forums.

  • Operate effectively within highly regulated and governance-heavy environments.

Key Requirements

  • Significant experience delivering senior Business Change or Transformation programmes.

  • Strong stakeholder management capability across all organisational levels.

  • Experience working within highly governed or regulated environments.

  • Proven experience managing steering committees and executive reporting.

  • Strong delivery management, planning, and coordination capability.

  • Experience managing budgets, resource allocation, and programme risks.

  • Strong communication and organisational skills.

  • Prince2 and/or PMP certification essential.

  • Availability to work in Dublin or Cork.

Nice to Have

  • Public sector experience or experience within similarly governed organisations.

  • Experience supporting regulatory, resilience, or compliance-focused programmes.

  • Experience with EAC (Estimate at Completion) financial management and reporting.
