Responsibilities:
Managing a portfolio of projects from pre-sales to post-production stages.
Managing timelines, risks, and client business expectations.
Ensuring delivery efficiency, including project optimization and profitability management.
Planning, controlling, and allocating project budgets.
Closely collaborating with internal and external project stakeholders.
Continuously monitoring and improving team performance metrics.
Analyzing RFPs.
Preparing solution estimations.
Preparing commercial proposals for clients (including presentations).
Building teams and managing project timelines.
Coaching, mentoring, motivating, and overseeing managed projects.
Maintaining regular communication with clients regarding development, strategies, and business goals.
Preparing reports and maintaining the required client documentation.
Must-haves:
Experience in IT project management for 3+ years (planning, scheduling, project communication, problem-solving, change and risk management).
Experience as a Delivery Manager for 2+ years.
Strong understanding of project management, including various methodologies and tools.
Experience managing projects using different Agile methodologies.
Experience in fintech or healthcare domains is a priority.
Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Strong planning skills and the ability to switch quickly between projects without losing focus.
Experience preparing proposals, translating functional requirements into a clear scope of work, and forming and managing project resources based on client needs.
