emagine is looking for a Program Manager who also has (hands on) experience within D365 FO.
While the role is clearly positioned as program management and execution leadership, it requires firsthand experience from similar Dynamics 365 FO implementations and strong technical FO insight to be effective.
The D365FO Global Project Lead is a senior Project Management and Leadership consultant responsible for end-to-end accountability in a global ERP transformation. This role requires extensive experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 FO) implementations, strong governance abilities, and a proven track record of managing complex projects at an enterprise level. The successful candidate will lead strategic execution, facilitate decision-making, and ensure program integrity while reporting directly to the Global IT Director.
Main Responsibilities:
The position encompasses a range of leadership responsibilities essential for successful project delivery:
Act as the single point of accountability for global D365 Finance & Operations project delivery.
Lead the project with a focus on execution, governance, and enterprise-wide coordination.
Drive program governance, decision frameworks, and escalation mechanisms.
Orchestrate technical dependencies and ensure alignment across various business tracks.
Oversee DevOps governance, including prioritization and release planning.
Manage planning, milestones, and proactive risk management.
Align resource allocation with execution emphasis through internal teams.
Ensure transparency with structured reporting to senior leadership.

Proven senior project leadership experience with large-scale ERP implementations (D365 FO in 3+ cases).
