We are looking for a D365 Administrator who will be responsible for maintaining, developing, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. In this role, you will closely cooperate with Finance and IT teams, ensuring system stability, providing user support, and implementing improvements that enhance business processes.
Responsibilities
Managing day-to-day operations and updates of D365 F&O
Providing support to end users and resolving system issues
Identifying areas for improvement and recommending enhancements
Participating in requirements analysis and implementation of new solutions
Creating and maintaining process documentation and supporting user training
Cooperating with technology vendors and system partners
Preparing ad-hoc reports and analyses
Requirements
Finance-related education (CA/CPA or equivalent qualifications are highly appreciated)
Certifications related to SQL Server or data management will be an advantage
Minimum 3 years of experience working with financial systems, including Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations
Experience with Power BI
Strong SQL knowledge
Advanced Excel skills (including VBA)
Nice to have
Experience with API integrations
