Dział Produktu cyfrowego ZEME potrzebuje w swoim składzie osoby która:
weźmie odpowiedzialność za wsparcie techniczne użytkowników końcowych naszych rozwiązań (klienckich oraz wewnętrznych) na pierwszej/drugiej linii

Twoja rola w ZEME:
Bieżące wsparcie techniczne użytkowników końcowych (Helpdesk L1/L2) – zdalnie i on-site
Rejestracja, klasyfikacja, priorytetyzacja i rozwiązywanie zgłoszeń w systemie ticketowym (Asana)
Diagnozowanie zgłoszonych problemów systemowych
Pozyskiwanie informacji na temat potrzeb od Klientów (wewnętrznych i zewnętrznych) i rafinowanie ich do postaci wstępnych wymagań funkcjonalnych
Administrowanie i konfigurowanie kont użytkowników (aplikacje ZEME360, ZEME180, ZEME45)
Prowadzenie wdrożeń u użytkowników końcowych (instalacja, konfiguracja, migracje, szkolenia, wsparcie powdrożeniowe)
Aktywne poszukiwanie i proponowanie rozwiązań (własna inicjacja projektowa)
Wdrażanie usprawnień w procesach IT i automatyzacja pracy Service Desk
Tworzenie/aktualizowanie dokumentacji technicznej, instruktażowej oraz rozwój bazy wiedzy
