We build digital tools for the HR and staffing industry - an employee app (Work) and an ordering platform for clients. You'll be the person who makes sure these products actually work for the people using them every day: coordinators, recruiters, clients, and workers on the floor.

What you'll do

• Consult regularly with end users (coordinators, recruiters, clients) -- gather feedback, identify pain points

• Translate user needs into clear functional requirements for our software house

• Run UAT, report bugs, sign off on fixes

• Analyse usage metrics and recommend product improvements

• Prepare documentation and training materials, support rollouts

• Advise on product development direction and change prioritisation

What we're looking for

• Hands-on experience implementing or evolving a SaaS product or B2B system (HR tech, ERP, WMS, TMS, or similar)

• Practical experience writing requirements: user stories, functional specs, tickets

• Comfortable running UAT and working directly with a dev team

• Strong communication skills -- this role is 70% people, 30% process

• Nice to have: background in HR, recruitment, or workforce outsourcing
