Summary: The role of the ALM Project Manager is to effectively lead the implementation of the Codebeamer Application Lifecycle Management system within the Engineering Department of our client, focusing on the integration with existing PLM tools and ensuring compliance with automotive standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Codebeamer platform.
  • Drive the integration between CodeBeamer and the 3DExperience platform.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, covering scope, timeline, resources, risks, and budget.
  • Collaborate with system integrators and cross-functional teams to align with business needs.
  • Manage external vendor and consultant relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with automotive regulatory requirements, including ASPICE and ISO 26262.
  • Conduct stakeholder workshops and training sessions to facilitate adoption.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare status reports for senior leadership.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally in the automotive sector.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with automotive industry standards and compliance (ASPICE, ISO 26262).
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
